Messagey! Support: App Crashes
May 1st, 2010We’re sorry that you’ve encountered issues with Messagey!; with your help, we’ll be able to Messagey! better.
Here’s what you’ll need to do:
- Sync your device with iTunes
- Find any files that begin with “Messagey” and end with “.crash” in this folder on your computer:
- Mac OS X: ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/(Your Device’s Name)/Messagey[...]
- Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Application Data\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\Your Device’s Name)\Messagey[...]
- Windows Vista: C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\Your Device’s Name)\Messagey[...]
- Send the file(s) to us at support@messagey.com
- We’ll get back to you with suggestions on why Messagey! isn’t working and improve Messagey! in the future.
